Solani emphasized that the importance of Social Worker’s Day is to recognise the critical contribution of social workers to society, especially in supporting vulnerable individuals and communities. He added that the day also serves as a reminder to social workers of the pledge and commitment they made to serve with integrity and compassion.

“We would like to thank all social workers for the important work they continue to do in our communities. Their job is not easy, but it is essential,” said Solani. The event formed part of ongoing efforts to acknowledge the dedication and resilience of social workers who continue to make a meaningful impact in improving lives.
