The Career Expo hosted by Batlokoa Group in partnership with the Bholothwa Police Station was a great success. The event aimed to empower learners with the skills they need to make informed career choices, develop their future, and gain a better understanding of educational and training requirements across various fields of work.

According to the Chairperson of Batlokoa Agri Group, Xolile Letlaka, they are grateful for the opportunity to engage with learners and guide them on how to build their future. Letlaka also expressed hope that the programme will benefit young people for many years to come.

Meanwhile, Siphosethu Mbityana, the District Junior Commissioner in the Chris Hani District and a Grade 9 learner at St James School in Cofimvaba, said he appreciated the opportunity to motivate fellow learners. He encouraged them to remain hopeful, emphasizing that their future is bright.

Professional soccer player Andile Jali was also present at the event, where he encouraged learners not to focus only on academics but also to explore their talents in sports, noting that many people have achieved success through athletics.

The Career Expo is regarded as an important initiative in building and motivating young people to look ahead and make informed decisions about their future.
